Ramonda graduated as a lawyer and immediately founded her own law firm and consultancy, “Ramonda & Associates.” Throughout her active career in private practice, Dr. Ramonda, as the founder and director of her firm, continued to mentor students and colleagues over the years through her tireless academic and professional work.
In 2008, Martín A. Frúgoli joined the “Law Firm and Consultancy of Dr. Roberto Marcelo Galván” in the city of Rosario as an intern. He graduated as a lawyer in March 2009 and, shortly after, in April of the same year, founded his own practice, “Frúgoli & Associates Law Firm and Consultancy.” In 2010, Dr. Sebastián Darrichón joined as a partner, giving rise to “Darrichón, Frúgoli & Associates Law Firm,” which operated under that name until 2011.
That same year, following the National Civil Law Conference held in the province of Tucumán, “Ramonda & Associates Law Firm” merged with “Frúgoli & Associates Law Firm and Consultancy.” From this merger emerged the “Ramonda, Frúgoli & Associates Law Firm and Consultancy,” which has continued to grow and expand to this day.
Since 2023, the firm has undergone structural and technological innovation, adopting the name “Frúgoli & Associates.”
