We focus on what is most important to achieve the best results and offer flexible fee arrangements so clients can choose the option that suits them best. The results are reflected in joy, mutual trust, and client satisfaction.

Fees are set according to the case and can be structured as partial or total payments, monthly or annual installments, or percentages based on the claim amount and success. Payments can be made via bank transfers, deposits, cash, etc. The fee agreement is always in writing with original copies provided to the client. In most cases, “Frúgoli & Asoc.” recommends agreements linking fees to the success of its advisory or representation services.

The procedure is straightforward. The client’s initial consultation can be conducted through various channels (phone, email, Facebook, WhatsApp, Skype, Zoom, Meet, etc.). In urgent cases, the firm acts with the required speed, following the directives provided by the firm. The firm first assesses whether a case exists for advisory or representation, avoiding the creation of false expectations or unnecessary expenses. After this analysis, “Frúgoli & Asoc.” decides whether to accept or decline the case or advisory request. Subsequently, fees are agreed upon, and the firm provides the best possible legal, economic, social, and ethical solutions for the advisory or case at hand.
